Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions. Oversees the status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports. Monitors the assessment of project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. Insures the development of mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.As the Senior Manager for international sustainment programs, you will lead a cross functional team to provide world class sustainment services and products to the growing MH-60R fleet. Key responsibilities include:Provide management and oversight off all sustainment contracts for the MH-60R international sustainment portfolioProvide leadership to a team of program managers responsible for international customer unique contracts including development of program managements skills and acumen.Partner with Strategy & Business Development to shape and execute the sustainment growth roadmap for Maritime Systems customers, and perform as program manager for capture aligned with the RMS Win Plan.Partner with program managers in Maritime Systems to execute the Performance Based Logistics and transactional spares contracts for international usersPartner with industrial cooperation in RMS to achieve international contract objectives as part of Maritime Systems requirements and execute offset obligationsEngage with multiple customers including international users, NAVAIR, NAVSUP, DLA and Training competenciesProvide oversight for all sustainment capture opportunities, representing the “voice of the customer” across the organization.Collaborating with Global Sustainment, Business Development and Engineering Teams to align sustainment offerings with customer needs.Effectively manage budgets and contracts including B&P, Earned Value contracts and other types of cost reporting methodsBasic QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field10+ years of experience in program management with a focus on sustainment programs within the aerospace and defense industryProven track record of leading large-scale execution efforts in a cross functional environment to accomplish organizational objectivesExperience with Lockheed Martin program management processes and RMS Win PlanExperience working with external customers including US DoD and/or international customersStrong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills with the ability to influence across functional and organizational levels\Domestic and international travel will be required as needed to support customer engagementsDesired SkillsIn-depth knowledge of aircraft sustainment, logistics, and aftermarket services for rotary wing aircraftFamiliarity with U.S. and international government acquisition and contracting processesFull criteria Earned Value Management experience as a Program ManagerStrong customer engagement and negotiation skillsExperience leading teams and managing budgets in a matrixed environmentPay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $158700.00 - $294700.00At Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
