In this role, you will operate manual machines to produce precision components for aerospace applications. Essential Functions Operate manual lathes, mills to produce aerospace components. Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications. Perform inspections to ensure parts meet quality standards. Maintain and troubleshoot manual machining equipment. Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to optimize production processes. Follow safety protocols and company procedures. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. 2+ years of experience operating manual machining equipment. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints. Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail. Preferred Additional Skills Experience with aerospace‑grade materials such as Inconel and aluminum. Knowledge of precision machining techniques. Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles. In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in the state of New Jersey is $18.50/hr - $59.13/hr. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
