Maintenance Supervisor - Apartment Community (On-Call)

Interstate Equities Corporation (IEC) is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee a 232-unit apartment community in Hercules, California. You will lead maintenance activities, coordinate with residents and team members, and be available on-call for emergencies. The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of supervisory maintenance or handyman experience, strong customer service, and basic computer skills.
