Delta Dallas, a commercial real estate and property management company in Downtown Dallas, is seeking an experienced Property Accountant to join our onsite team. You will manage full-cycle accounting, CAM reconciliations, monthly financials, and support budgets and forecasts with accuracy and teamwork. The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in accounting/finance, solid GAAP knowledge, and proficiency with Yardi.
