Material Handler-Driver

Material Handler

Like steady, hands-on work? This role is repetitive, fast-moving, and focused on keeping the line running smoothly. If you take pride in staying organized and keeping things moving, you'll fit here.

At Foamcraft, we make real products used every day. This role is critical to making that happen—you're the one keeping materials moving, supporting the sewing team, and making sure production doesn't slow down.

What you'll do

• Keep the sewing line moving by feeding materials to operators
• Stuff and prepare products so they're ready for the next step
• Collect finished materials and get them ready for fulfillment
• Stay organized—keep materials clean, sorted, and easy to access
• Move materials throughout the department safely and efficiently
• Step in to support other areas when needed
• Operate a Sprinter van for local mattress deliveries as needed, including loading and unloading products and ensuring timely, safe delivery to customers.

What makes someone successful here

• You like to stay moving and stay busy throughout your shift
• You take pride in keeping things organized and running smoothly
• You're dependable—your team is counting on you
• You're comfortable with repetitive, hands-on work
• You work well with others and support the team

Experience

• Manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience is helpful—but not required
• If you've done physical, fast-paced work before, you'll likely do well here

What to expect

• On your feet and moving most of the day
• Repetitive, process-driven work
• Lifting and moving materials (up to ~50 lbs at times)
• A fast-paced environment where your work directly impacts the team

Why Foamcraft

• Stability – 70+ years strong
• No Sundays – Never have, never will
• Growth – Many leaders started in roles like this
• Air Conditioning – Every building
• Team-first environment – We rely on each other to win

If you're someone who likes to stay active, keep things organized, and be part of a team that gets things done—we'd love to meet you.
