Industrial Maintenance Technician | 2nd Shift
Location: Shoemakersville, PA
Shift: Monday-Friday, 4:00 PM-12:00 AM
Pay: $25-$31/hr

Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair industrial equipment
- Perform preventative maintenance on hydraulic, pneumatic, and conveyor systems
- Complete welding and fabrication repairs
- Support production equipment reliability and uptime
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment
- Follow all plant safety procedures
Qualifications
Required:
- 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience
- Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and conveyors
- Forklift experience in a manufacturing or heavy industrial environment
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Commitment to workplace safety
Preferred:
- Welding and fabrication experience
- Metals, foundry, mining, steel, brick, or similar heavy industrial skillset
- Technical school training or related maintenance education
Work Environment
This is a heavy industrial manufacturing facility. Candidates should be comfortable working in a hot, dirty, and physically active environment around large equipment, conveyors, forklifts, and railroad tracks.

Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Shoemakersville, PA.
Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $31.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
