We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating a variety of machinery to produce high-quality components and products. Your expertise in machine operation, programming, and precision measurement will ensure efficient production processes and adherence to safety standards. - Ability to read blueprints accurately and interpret GD&T specifications for precision manufacturing.
- Skilled in using hand tools such as calipers, micrometers, wrenches, screwdrivers, and other basic math skills necessary for measurements and calculations.
- Experience with CAD software like SolidWorks for design review and tooling development.
- Familiarity with factory safety standards, warehouse procedures, materials handling equipment including forklifts, and quality control protocols.
- Knowledge of welding techniques is a plus for fabrication tasks; experience in manufacturing environments is highly valued.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot machinery issues quickly and efficiently. - Able to lift 50lbs and stand for 8-10hrs per day.
- Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills.
- Operate various types of basic equipment.
- Complete any daily checklists required. Able to operate an overhead crane
