Manufacturing EngineerWe are looking for a talented Manufacturing Engineer to join our team in Rocky Mount, NC. In this role, you will help plan, design, procure, and implement changes to manufacturing equipment and systems that keep our production lines safe, efficient, and aligned with product specifications. Working alongside cross-functional teams and external partners, you will apply core manufacturing engineering principles — from PFMEA and process documentation to error proofing, tool and fixture design, and capital project management — to bring new processes online and continuously improve existing ones.You will build your command of Cummins manufacturing standards while contributing hands-on to line changes, Transformation initiatives, and post-launch (infant care) support.
