Position Overview

This is a full-time Customer Retention Specialist career opportunity with Bo Rester State Farm in Mt Pleasant, TX for someone who wants to grow a lasting career in customer service and insurance. You will receive structured training, ongoing coaching, and a clear path to advance within a supportive office. Fluency in Spanish and English is required for this role.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer inquiries with accurate, timely information about insurance policies
• Handle policy questions, billing inquiries, and coverage changes accurately
• Serve Spanish- and English-speaking customers clearly and accurately
• Resolve service issues with patience and professionalism
• Identify coverage gaps and service needs during reviews
• Follow up consistently to support customer loyalty and retention
• Maintain accurate customer records in the agency system

Qualifications

• No prior insurance experience required
• Fluent in Spanish and English (required)
• Excellent listening, empathy, and problem-solving skills
• Organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-through
• Willingness to obtain the required Property and Casualty license
• Positive, professional, customer-first attitude

Pay range: $50,000-$80,000 per year

This range reflects expected total compensation—including base salary, commissions, and bonuses—when performance goals are met. Base salary varies based on experience and licensing. Commissions are uncapped, and high performers regularly exceed this range.
