Specialty Representative, Migraine - Colorado Springs, CO

Field-based specialty representative role focused on executing migraine brand strategy and sales objectives in Colorado Springs territory. Candidate will manage customer relationships, achieve sales targets, and develop disease state expertise while maintaining compliance with healthcare industry regulations.
Responsibilities
- Deliver sales performance metrics and financial targets to meet or exceed objectives
- Develop and execute call plans to maximize territory coverage and customer access opportunities
- Build customer relationships by identifying needs and creating win-win agreements
- Gather and share market intelligence on competitors, disease state, and customer landscape
- Identify and develop disease state experts and speaker advocates to enhance brand performance
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in health, sciences, pharmacy, or business field preferred
- Minimum five years industry experience with three years in pharmaceutical/health sector
- High school diploma or GED required
- Proven sales performance track record and strong presentation skills
- Valid driver's license and ability to pass drug screening and safe driving requirements
- HCIR credentialing eligibility (background check, immunization records, fingerprinting)
- Ability to operate effectively in matrix environment and adapt selling approach
