Specialty Representative, Psychiatry - Southern Colorado

Field-based specialty pharmaceutical sales role focused on psychiatry in Southern Colorado. The representative will execute brand strategy, manage territory accounts, build customer relationships, and drive sales performance while maintaining compliance with healthcare industry requirements.
Responsibilities
- Deliver sales performance, brand KPIs, and financial targets to meet assigned objectives
- Develop and execute call plans to optimize customer coverage and sales opportunities
- Build and maintain customer relationships by identifying needs and addressing concerns
- Gather market intelligence on competitors, disease states, and customer expectations to inform strategy
- Identify and develop disease state experts and physician advocates to support brand performance
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in health, sciences, pharmacy, or business-related field preferred
- Five years industry experience with three years in pharmaceutical/health/science sector, or equivalent
- Proven sales leadership success with strong presentation and business acumen skills
- Ability to adapt selling approach based on customer behavior and operate in matrix environment
- Valid driver's license and ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and safe driving requirements
- Eligible to obtain and maintain healthcare industry representative credentialing requirements
