School Speech Language Pathologist - Spring Grove, Pennsylvania

Key qualifications:

• Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) licensure required
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) strongly preferred
• Experience in school settings and knowledge of IEP implementation
• Strong communication skills with an empathetic, student-focused approach
• Ability to manage and prioritize a diverse caseload, from mild/moderate to moderate/severe needs

Role responsibilities include:

• Providing direct speech-language therapy to approximately 20 elementary students
• Developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Collaborating with teachers, families, and other professionals for optimal student outcomes
• Performing assessments and maintaining accurate documentation
• Participating in IEP meetings and contributing to team decisions
• Ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations

Attractive work conditions:

• Contract runs from August 2026 through May 30, 2027
• Part-time schedule: 13 hours per week, typically between 8:00am and 2:45pm, across 2 to 2.5 days
