School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Hanover, Pennsylvania

Make an impact supporting students across multiple school sites in a contract-based Speech-Language Pathologist role for the 2026-2027 academic year. Key Qualifications:

• Current Speech-Language Pathology Certification for Pennsylvania (SLP Cert)
• Active PA Teaching Certification required (must be submitted with resume)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Experience working with school-aged populations, preferably K-12
• Expertise in service delivery, documentation, and progress monitoring in educational settings
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive speech and language assessment, diagnosis, and direct intervention for students in grades K-12
• Document and track progress, participate in IEP meetings, and contribute to team-based planning for students' success
• Engage in consultation with teachers, parents, and staff to support student communication in the classroom
• Deliver therapy sessions and develop individualized treatment plans to address a range of speech and language needs
• Travel between multiple locations within the district to ensure effective onsite support (no virtual services at this time)
• Maintain up-to-date records and reporting to meet district and compliance requirements
