Bilingual Patient Engagement & Outreach Specialist
Family Health Centers of San Diego
Family Health Centers of San Diego seeks a Patient Engagement Specialist I to recruit patients into the program's system of care across San Diego. Under supervision, you will develop referrals, engage with diverse communities, and connect patients to clinic services. The role requires 1 year in outreach or engagement, an associate degree in a related field, and the ability to travel between sites.
