Snider Fleet Solutions is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Commercial Branch Manager ! In this role, you will be responsible for the oversight and management of operations as well as designing strategies that promote teamwork, operational efficiency, and growth.

Qualifications:
• 3+ years in a leadership role in the commercial truck service and shop industry
• Superior customer service and communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Strong analytical and business insight and the ability to analyze customer programs for profitability
• Excellent MS Office skills and able to learn and operate software (AS400, SAP, Paylocity, etc.)
• Ability to cycle inventory, run reports, and communicate results with upper management
• Must have strong leadership and time management skills, as well as close attention to detail
• Ability to interact with all levels within the organization and client base

Key Responsibilities:
• Helps oversee daily branch operations, including opening and closing procedures, workflow, staffing, equipment, materials, and overall service center efficiency.

• Support employee staffing, development, evaluations, and administrative compliance, including DOT medical cards, ASE/TIA certifications, and forklift-safety requirements.

• Conducts daily reviews of invoices, the warehouse, service bays, and equipment to maintain safety, compliance, cleanliness, and organization while consistently following all company policies and safety procedures.

• Supports the sales team with service quotes, product research, customer requests, and dispute resolution.
