Seeking a 4-Day/Week Front Desk Receptionist
Audiology/Hearing Aid Practice
Chesterfield and Shelby Township
We are looking for a charismatic, reliable, and kind front office professional. We embrace our mission of giving excellent hearing health care to help our patients on their journey to better hearing.
The ideal schedule is Monday through Thursday, 8:45 AM–4:00 PM.
Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays in the Chesterfield office and Wednesdays in the Shelby Township office.

We work with a hearing-impaired clientele, so patience and compassion are imperative. Our ideal candidate is upbeat, friendly, reliable, self-motivated, and a team player.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Answer phones and schedule appointments
- Greet patients as they enter the office
- Access records, including paper files and electronic medical records
- Check patients in and out
- Check in hearing devices (new and repairs)
- Process payments
- Confirm appointments
- Organize the office, including filing charts and paperwork, receiving and distributing mail
- Support the Practice Manager and Owner with delegated duties
- Support the Audiologists with delegated duties
- Participate in office meetings every other month and attend training programs as needed
- Perform light housekeeping and sanitizing around the office, including taking out trash, dusting, cleaning the kitchen and bathroom, wiping down surfaces, etc.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Customer service experience preferred
- General computer skills; ability and willingness to learn new computer programs
- Minimum of a high school diploma required
- Ability to pass a background check
