Psychiatry Medical Director – Northeast Indiana – Fort Wayne Area

Opportunity Highlights:

Full-time inpatient psychiatry + Medical Director role
120-bed behavioral health hospital
Monday–Friday schedule; 8am–5pm with flexibility
Typical caseload: 12–16 patients/day
Leadership role collaborating with hospital administration
Occasional IOP coverage
Strong clinical, operational, and administrative support
Opportunity for NP supervision and leadership growth

Compensation & Benefits:

Qualifications:

BE/BC Psychiatrist
Indiana license + DEA required
Inpatient psychiatry experience preferred
