Florist - Floral Designer

Florists are responsible for creating beautiful floral arrangements and designs for various events occasions and customers As a Floral Designer you will use your creativity and knowledge of flowers to design unique and visually appealing arrangements You will also be responsible for arranging flowers preparing plants and maintaining the overall appearance of the floral department Responsibilities Meet with clients to discuss their floral needs and preferences Create custom floral arrangements for weddings parties funerals and other events Order flowers and supplies from vendors Carefully arrange flowers in vases baskets or other containers Trim stems remove thorns or leaves as needed Maintain cleanliness and organization of the floral department Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their flower selection Keep up-to-date with current trends in floral design Requirements Previous experience as a florist or floral designer preferred Knowledge of different types of flowers and their care requirements Ability to create unique designs that meet clients needs and preferences Excellent customer service skills Strong attention to detail and creativity Physical ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects Salary Starting salary for this position is $1500 per month City This position is located in Washington Preference Preference will be given to Indian candidates who are fluent in English #J-18808-Ljbffr AlSaree AutoTechnics
