Corporate Attorney - M&A / Private Equity
Full-time
A leading US law firm is seeking a talented Corporate Attorney to join its highly regarded team in New York. This is an outstanding opportunity to work on complex and high-profile transactions, advising prestigious clients across multiple industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise on a wide range of M&A and private equity transactions , including buyouts, investments, divestitures, and joint ventures.
- Draft and negotiate key transaction documents and ancillary agreements.
- Collaborate with clients, colleagues, and opposing counsel to deliver efficient and innovative solutions.
- Provide strategic legal advice that balances risk management with business objectives.
Requirements
- JD from a top-tier law school with excellent academic credentials.
- Admitted to practice in New York.
- Class of 2017-2021 (3-8 years of post-qualification experience).
- Strong experience in M&A and private equity transactions at a leading law firm.
- Exceptional drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.
