Accountable for planning, organizing, directing, and evaluating the program and the staff who support it.

Oversees the provision of staff education, orientation, competencies, and providing quality improvement and outcomes utilization consultation related to the programs.

Provides training to staff and employees, integrating adult learning principles.

Serves as scholarship coordinator and/or mentor, maintaining current knowledge of local and national policies to meet program outcomes.

Serves as Clinical Skills Administrator, assigning roles and learning assignments to clinical staff to maintain operations.
