• Experience working as a paraprofessional, classroom assistant, or in a similar student support role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect positively with students and staff
• Willingness to follow teacher guidance and contribute to classroom activities
• Ability to assist students with instructional tasks, classroom routines, and behavior management
• Patience, flexibility, and a problem-solving mindset
• High school diploma or equivalent (some positions may require additional certifications)

What You’ll Do:

• Support the classroom teacher in implementing lesson plans and supporting learning objectives
• Assist individual students and small groups as directed to reinforce educational concepts
• Help facilitate a welcoming, inclusive, and safe environment
• Participate in classroom management, behavior support, and routine transitions
• Provide one-on-one assistance to students with academic, behavioral, or personal needs
• Contribute to record-keeping and progress tracking as directed by educators
• Collaborate openly with instructional staff to optimize student outcomes
