Customer Service Representative

Apex Systems is looking to hire a FULLY ONSITE Customer Support Specialist for our client based out of Greensboro, NC . This assignment is anticipated to be a 6month contract with strong potential for extension; however, Apex Systems cannot guarantee thelength of this assignment. This will also have a firstshift Monday-Friday schedule. This position is fully onsite, five days per week. Candidates must be able to support either a 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM shift or a 3:00 PM - 12:00 AM shift. Responsibilities: Handle a high volume of inbound customer calls related to service requests, operational support, and urgent assistance needs. Provide professional, customerfocused support while documenting all interactions accurately in case management systems. Gather key information, assess customer needs, and determine appropriate next steps using established processes and tools. Coordinate with service providers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure timely service delivery. Monitor case progress, provide updates, and manage cases through to completion while maintaining clear communication. Escalate complex or highpriority issues when necessary to ensure timely resolution. Support troubleshooting efforts by referencing technical and operational information as needed. Maintain strong attention to detail when documenting cases, updates, and outcomes. Collaborate with team members to support overall performance, shared goals, and a positive working environment. Identify opportunities to improve customer experience, processes, and documentation practices. Participate in continuous improvement efforts and contribute to knowledgesharing initiatives. Experience: 2+ years of experience in customer service, call center, dispatch, or technical support environments. Strong communication skills with the ability to handle customer interactions via phone in a professional and composed manner. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fastpaced, highvolume setting. Strong problemsolving and analytical skills with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure. Experience working with case management systems or similar customer support tools. Strong data entry and documentation accuracy. Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
