Position Summary An Operations Supervisor is a key leader supporting the CVS Store Management team in planning and driving store execution and performance while building consumer loyalty through excellent customer service. When no manager is onsite, the Operations Supervisor leads the store and supervisory staff, ensures smooth store operations, and completes all opening and closing procedures. Essential Functions Management Work effectively with store management and store crews. Supervise the store’s crew through assigning, directing, and following up on activities. Communicate effectively with store management and crews. Customer Service Assist customers with questions, problems, and complaints. Promote CVS customer service culture (greet, offer help, thank). Handle customer relations issues per company policy and promote a positive shopping experience. Provide personalized customer service feedback and coaching to colleagues. Maintain customer/patient confidentiality. Merchandise/Presentation Price merchandise. Stock shelves. Support planning, execution, display, signage, and inventory of promotional and seasonal merchandise. Qualifications Required Deductive reasoning, analytical, and computer skills. Advanced communication, supervision, and influencing skills. Ability to work flexible full-time schedule, including early mornings, overnights, weekends, and respond to urgent issues. Preferred Experience as a retail supervisor. Education High School Diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required. Additional Information Anticipated weekly hours: 40. Employment type: Full-time.
