Account Manager

The Account Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, client satisfaction, and service quality across assigned accounts. This role serves as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring consistent communication, proactive problem-solving, and high service standards. The Account Manager will also support staffing, inspections, and operational execution to ensure long-term client retention and growth.

This role requires a flexible schedule to support evening operations, typically working either 2:00 PM 11:00 PM or 3:00 PM 12:00 AM. Occasional daytime availability may be needed for client meetings and onboarding.

Proactive communication and ownership of all assigned accounts
