Position Overview This is not a traditional receptionist role. We are looking for a Patient Experience & Growth Coordinator who can combine outstanding customer service, front desk operations, patient engagement, and sales support. You will often be the first person prospective patients interact with, making you a critical part of our practice's success. The ideal candidate is confident communicating with people, enjoys relationship-building, and takes pride in creating an exceptional experience from the first phone call through ongoing care. Responsibilities Welcome patients and create a positive first impression Answer incoming phone calls, text messages, emails, and online inquiries Schedule appointments and manage provider schedules Follow up with prospective patients who inquire about our services Educate prospective patients on available programs and services Support enrollment into weight loss and hormone optimization programs Collect payments and maintain accurate patient records Verify and maintain patient information Manage appointment reminders and patient communications Coordinate patient flow throughout the day Assist with patient retention and engagement initiatives Maintain a clean, professional, and organized office environment Support practice marketing events and community outreach activities Qualifications Required Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Strong customer service experience Professional and polished demeanor Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Positive attitude and growth mindset Ability to work independently and as part of a team Comfortable discussing services, pricing, and program options Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills Preferred Medical receptionist experience Front desk experience Patient coordinator experience Healthcare sales experience Med spa experience Concierge medicine experience Hospitality experience Luxury retail experience Fitness or wellness industry experience CRM or EMR experience The Ideal Candidate You may be an excellent fit if you have experience as a: Wellness Coordinator Membership Advisor Concierge Client Success Representative Hospitality Professional Luxury Retail Associate Med Spa Coordinator Patient Coordinator Medical Receptionist Front Desk Coordinator Most importantly, you enjoy connecting with people and helping them take action toward improving their health and quality of life.
