Tax Credit Property Manager - Lease-Up Specialist

Habitat America, LLC seeks a Full-Time Property Manager for Telstar Court, a brand new 80-unit tax credit community. The role starts during lease-up, with delivery Jan 1, 2027, and ongoing responsibilities in leasing, compliance, operations, resident relations and staff management. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in tax credit management, a can-do attitude, and experience with Yardi.
