Degree in Physical Therapy, active Physical Therapist license and 1+ year of Physical Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Embark on a rewarding contract position providing high-quality physical therapy services to K-12 students across multiple school sites in the Bennettsville area. This onsite-only role requires a skilled PT eager to make a difference throughout the academic year, from July 29, 2026, through May 27, 2027. As an integral part of the education team, you’ll support student growth and success in a collaborative school environment.

Desired Qualifications:

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in South Carolina
• Prior experience in school-based or pediatric physical therapy settings highly preferred
• Ability to effectively manage a caseload across multiple campuses
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, staff, and families
• Proficiency in documentation and adherence to state and federal school regulations
• Dedication to fostering student independence, mobility, and participation in educational activities

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver in-person PT assessments, interventions, and consultative supports for K-12 students
• Develop individualized treatment plans in alignment with IEP/504 requirements
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of evaluations, interventions, and progress
• Participate in IEP meetings, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
• Educate and train staff and families on mobility, adaptive equipment, and PT strategies
• Travel between assigned school sites within the district as needed
