Degree in Physical Therapy, active Physical Therapist license and 1+ year of Physical Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:

• Current and active Physical Therapy license in South Carolina
• Previous experience working in educational or pediatric settings preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage a caseload across various school sites
• Commitment to maintaining accurate documentation
• Passion for helping children and adolescents achieve their fullest potential

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized and group physical therapy interventions to K-12 students
• Conduct evaluations to determine students’ needs, goals, and progress
• Develop and implement student-centered treatment plans
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other school professionals to ensure consistent support
• Document sessions, progress notes, and required compliance records
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise for planning and accommodations
• Travel between assigned schools as needed, ensuring seamless service delivery
