Role Description

Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record of leading end-to-end project delivery. The ideal candidate brings strong operating maturity, stakeholder management capability, and execution discipline, with the ability to drive outcomes across both business and technology stakeholders.

Own end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality standards are met
Distribute and prioritize work across cross-functional teams for balanced workloads and smooth execution
Act as the single point of accountability for project execution, stakeholder alignment, and issue resolution
Drive project planning, sprint management, milestone tracking, and reporting
Identify risks early and implement mitigation plans proactively
Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to ensure alignment
Maintain documentation, status reports, dashboards, and leadership communication cadence
Ensure delivery governance, compliance, and process adherence throughout the project lifecycle

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in project management, preferably in technology or engineering environments
Strong expertise in Agile/Scrum practices, sprint planning, and daily Agile ceremonies
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and conflict-resolution skills
Strong analytical and organizational capabilities with attention to detail
Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Asana, or similar

Requirements

PMP, CSM, SAFe, or similar certifications
Experience managing distributed or cross-functional teams
Background in software development, cloud, or digital transformation projects
