Our number one priority is to find the right caregivers/aides to deliver the highest quality care and companionship to meet the individual needs of each resident. We are seeking CNA's (higher base rate can be discussed), HHA, Caregivers, Companions, and Homemakers who interested in making a different. No certificates or license is required. Previous experience with dementia is a big plus. We are hiring for full time (40 hours a week) with every other weekend. Assist with daily living activities (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation. Monitor and document patient observations and changes in condition. Maintain a clean and safe environment within the home or community setting. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care and support. Administer first aid as needed and respond to emergencies promptly.
