Affordable Housing Compliance Specialist

AHEPA Senior Living is seeking a detail-oriented Compliance Specialist to support our affordable housing compliance team across our portfolio. You will monitor LIHTC and HUD regulations, manage tenant files, process annual certifications and unit transfers, and prepare reports for funding sources. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and LIHTC/HUD 202 compliance certification, with 2+ years of related experience preferred.
