Litigation Management Support Specialist Full‑Time, Non‑Exempt | 100% In‑Office | Chicago, IL (alternatively Albany, NY; Los Angeles, CA; New York City, NY; Omaha, NE; Richmond, VA) Summary We are seeking a highly capable Litigation Management Support Specialist to join our team and elevate the overall litigation program. This role reports to the SVP of Global Claims Operations and requires accurate time‑keeping, overtime flexibility, and on‑site presence during standard business hours. Responsibilities Generate a regular cadence of legal spend reports using Passport, Oracle, SQL Server, IBM Cognos Query, Power BI, and Excel. Aggregate and analyze data from Snowflake, Bottomline, and historical source systems to identify spend trends and gaps. Apply legal finance concepts (ALAE ratios, spend ratios, Timekeeper rates, Phase Coding, budgeting, legal tasks, and appeal process) to highlight trends and improvement opportunities. Analyze UTBMS codes and associated claims data to recommend effective spending strategies. Interface with vendor legal bill review and account teams to resolve invoice errors and ensure timely processing. Manage firm relationships within Passport, including onboarding, data updates, and approved rate revisions. Coordinate panel counsel management—adding/removing firms, assigning panels, and maintaining panel lists. Provide systems training and support for Passport and resolve general issues within the defined scope. Maintain accurate records of all work hours and submit timesheets in accordance with company policy. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university is strongly preferred; a paralegal certification is also strongly preferred. Equivalent experience may substitute. At least six years of experience focused on customer service, data gathering/analysis, and support of a litigation function. Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Access and Excel. Experience with an Enterprise Legal Management platform (Passport preferred, TyMetrix 360 acceptable). Strong SQL skills (MS SQL Server/Oracle) and experience with IBM Cognos Query and Power BI. Data mining and profiling experience, with the ability to analyze across multiple data groups. Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills, both written and verbal. Self‑motivated, solution‑focused, with strong business acumen and time‑management skills. Fluency in English, professional telephone and written communication skills, and a commitment to ongoing professional development. Compensation & Benefits Base salary range varies by location:

• Richmond: $29.37 – $34.18 per hour ($61,098 – $71,094 annualized)
• Albany & Chicago: $32.32 – $37.71 per hour ($67,218 – $78,438 annualized)
• Los Angeles & New York City: $35.26 – $41.14 per hour ($73,338 – $85,578 annualized)
