Key Responsibilities\n

The Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist will:

• Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions aimed at addressing a range of behavioral health issues.

• Assess and create personalized treatment plans based on the unique needs of each client.

• Employ evidence-based therapeutic techniques to effectively manage and alleviate issues such as grief and loss, conflicts among family members, and communication difficulties.

• Facilitate sessions focusing on sensitive topics, including adjustment to separation and divorce, blended family dynamics, and job-related stress.

• Maintain comprehensive, confidential client records and progress notes in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Collaborate with team members and external providers to coordinate care and share insights on client progress.

• Stay informed on best practices and recent developments in the therapeutic field to enhance professional growth.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LMFT role will encompass working with diverse populations, including children, adolescents, and adults. Qualifications\n
