Northeast Delta Human Services Authority is seeking an Administrative Coordinator 4 to work as part of an Integrated Care Treatment Team to provide quality care and reduce the stigma related to receiving Behavioral Health Services and/or treatment. The incumbent independently performs duties that require broad knowledge across several clerical fields to assist the administrative team with all assigned duties. An ideal candidate will possess the following competencies:

- Following Policies and Procedures: The ability to follow, reinforce, adapt, or develop policies and procedures to maintain compliance with federal and state legal requirements, State Civil Service rules, and organizational policies.
- Thinking Critically: The ability to analyze information objectively, identify connections across sources, and form logical, well-supported conclusions.
Minimum Qualifications: Three years of experience in administrative services. Experience substitution: Every 15 semester hours earned from an accredited college or university will be credited as six months of experience.
Job Duties:
- Establish fees for new consumers according to agency guidelines; enter information related to income, benefits, and dependents.
- Provide consumers with information related to insurance benefit out-of-pocket costs; reassess and update fees when necessary; and obtain information and proof of verification to update charts, maintain necessary information for the establishment of fees as needed.
- Verify and document Medicare, Medicaid, and other coverages; scan copies of insurance cards into the electronic record.
- Make daily deposits and submit the Daily Check/Cash Logs according to agency guidelines; maintain all supporting documentation for audit purposes.
- Inventory supplies, initiate orders, verify receipt of goods, and submit invoices to purchasing for payment.
- Independently compose letters and emails to answer routine correspondence, screen mail and telephone calls, assist with scheduling appointments, and complete phone calls related to upcoming appointments.
- Ensure all consumer records are current, filing reports/evaluations, lab slips, correspondence, discharge summaries, etc., using LDH confidentiality/disclosure of consumer's records, disposal of records, etc.
- Assist consumers with completing the Medicaid application process, maintain and submit state vehicle logs and voter registration documentation.
- Manage payroll documentation for all employees at the designated clinic; submit required logs and reports as indicated by their respective deadlines; assist the Property Control Manager with maintaining inventory of all movable property; conduct and certify annual property inventory.
- Act as clinic safety officer; inspect buildings regularly for safety hazards, conduct safety meetings, conduct fire and tornado drills, and attend regional safety meetings and participate in Risk Management training.

Location: Columbia Integrated Care Clinic
Compensation: NEDHSA is a designated approved National Health Service Corps (NHSC) site. Clinicians who work at NHSC-approved sites are eligible to apply to the NHSC Loan Repayment Program to pay off student loans.
- 2-year Full-Time Clinical Practice: NHSC will pay up to $50,000* for an initial 2 years of full-time clinical practice to clinicians.
(* Full-time clinical practice is defined as no less than 40 hours per week, for a minimum of 45 weeks per year.)
