What We Are Looking For:
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, with technical training preferred. Minimum of 2 years of experience with CNC or manual machining in a manufacturing environment is required, with a preference for candidates who have built solid practical skills over time.
What You'll Do:
- Set up and operate CNC machines to run production jobs
- Inspect parts using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.)
- Perform first piece inspections and maintain quality through production
- Make machine adjustments as needed
- Troubleshoot issues and recommended process improvements
- Maintain a clean and organized work area while ensuring production quality
