Data Center Operations ManagerWe are looking for an experienced Data Center Operations Manager to lead hardware support services across North America. This role is responsible for ensuring smooth operation, maintenance, repair, and installation of IT hardware in enterprise and colocation data centers.Key ResponsibilitiesManage Hardware Break/Fix, IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change), and Smart Hands services.Lead teams supporting servers, storage, network equipment, and data center infrastructure.Own major incidents, outages, root cause analysis (RCA), and corrective actions.Manage vendors, contracts, SLAs, and service performance.Ensure compliance with operational, regulatory, and safety standards.Oversee budgets, costs, and operational reporting.Partner with infrastructure, security, facilities, and technology teams.Provide 24x7 escalation support when required.Required Experience10+ years of experience in Data Center Operations, Critical Infrastructure, or IT Operations.Experience managing hardware break/fix and data center support teams.Strong knowledge of Incident, Problem, and Change Management.Vendor management and contract negotiation experience.Experience managing budgets and operational performance.Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Preferred BackgroundFinancial ServicesEnterprise Data CentersCloud or Colocation ProvidersCritical Infrastructure EnvironmentsKey SkillsData Center Operations, Hardware Break/Fix, IMAC, Smart Hands, Incident Management, Change Management, Vendor Management, SLA/KPI Management, Team Leadership, Budget Management, Compliance, and Risk Management.
