Job Description

What You Will Do Every Day:

Estimate & Plan: Create accurate vehicle damage analysis estimates and structural repair plans.
Insurance Navigation: Write accurate estimates and supplements tailored directly to insurance guidelines.
Workflow Management: Independently organize and manage multiple vehicle projects before, during, and after the repair cycle.
Client Liaison: Act as the primary point of communication between insurance partners and vehicle owners to guarantee a high-quality experience.

Hours & Compensation:

Hourly Rate: $22 - $25/hr DOE (We offer highly competitive pay and are willing to negotiate for the right candidate).
Stable Hours: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Keep your weekends entirely to yourself.
