Head of HR Infrastructure and Strategy

Key Responsibilities

\n
• Develop and drive the global People Strategy aligned with overall business strategy and growth objectives.
\n
• Lead organization design, talent management, performance, compensation & incentives, workforce planning, and workforce cost management.
\n
• Build and continuously optimize an integrated global People Management Framework and operating model.
\n
• Partner with HRBPs, business leaders, Finance and senior executives to drive strategy implementation and measure business impact.
\n
• Leverage data analytics and AI to improve workforce decisions, organizational effectiveness and HR efficiency.
\n
• Ensure people practices meet global governance, compliance and IPO-readiness standards.
\n

Requirements

\n
• 15+ years of HR experience, with strong expertise in HR strategy, organization design and workforce planning.
\n
• Proven experience across talent, performance, compensation & incentives, workforce cost and human capital management.
\n
• Strong strategic and systems thinking, with the ability to translate business strategy into organizational and people capabilities.
\n
• Experience working with C-suite and senior business leaders in global/multi-market organizations.
\n
• Strong data/AI orientation and ability to use analytics to drive people decisions.
\n
• Experience with global governance and IPO-stage organizations is highly preferred.
\n
• Fluent in English and Mandarin to communicate with China counterpart.
\n
