International New Business Development Manager

International Business Development Manager - Freight & Logistics (Remote, USA) OTE $300K+ | Base + Commission Are you a sales hunter with a passion for logistics ? Join a fast-growing global Freight & Logistics company and be part of a dynamic, collaborative team driving international expansion. What You’ll Do Win new clients and grow existing accounts through strategic, face-to-face sales. Build strong relationships by understanding customer needs and industry trends. Drive gross profit, market share, and client retention. Execute innovative sales strategies to exceed ambitious targets. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless solutions to customers. What You Bring 3-5 years in Logistics/Freight Forwarding , including field sales or operational experience. Deep knowledge of international freight (import/export) and consolidation. Strong hunter mentality , negotiation skills, and strategic thinking. Entrepreneurial mindset with integrity, work ethic, and creativity.
