Position Overview: The Staff Accountant is responsible for completing monthly journal entries and account reconciliations across multiple operating sites. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship. What you will do: Perform general ledger and journal entry activities including account reconciliations as assigned on a monthly basis. Perform and provide financial analysis. Be a key resource for financial reporting. Work closely within the accounting function as well as across departments. Perform financial audits and other ad hoc projects. Skills for Success: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related area. Entry level to 2 years working in the accounting field. Must possess strong analytical skills. Must be proficient in MS Office especially Excel. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Must possess excellent communication skills (verbal and written) Must be detailed, results and deadline oriented.
