Title: Recruiter

Location: Wilmington, NC (100% Remote)

Duration: 3 Months

Schedule: Monday–Friday

\n

Interview: Virtual

\n

Pay: $45–$50/hr

Job Summary:

\n

\n
• Source, recruit, screen, and interview candidates for high-volume vacancies.
\n
• Utilize job boards, career sites, cold calling, networking, referrals, and job fairs.
\n
• Manage applicant tracking systems, recruitment records, productivity reports, and analytics.
\n
• Partner with hiring managers and internal teams to address staffing needs.
\n
• Build candidate pipelines and maintain strong client relationships.

Requirements:

\n

\n
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
\n
• 2+ years of relevant recruiting experience.
\n
• Knowledge of the CRO (Contract Research Organization) industry.
\n
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, recruitment systems, and reporting.
\n
• Strong communication, analytical, multitasking, and relationship-building skills.
\n
• Ability to handle confidential information and advise internal clients effectively.
