Role Description The Community Associate is a part-time, on-site role based at the Regus center in Egg Harbor, NJ. This position supports day-to-day center operations by greeting clients and visitors, managing reception duties, and responding to inquiries in a professional and timely manner. The Community Associate helps maintain shared spaces, meeting rooms, and offices to ensure they are clean, organized, and ready for use. Responsibilities include assisting with community events, supporting clients with basic administrative needs, and coordinating with the Community Manager on service and facility-related issues. The role also involves building positive relationships with clients, promoting available services, and contributing to a welcoming and efficient workspace environment. Qualifications Strong Interpersonal Skills and Community Support experience to build positive relationships with clients and colleagues. Excellent Communication abilities to manage inquiries, provide clear information, and support daily center operations. Background or familiarity with Case Management and Community Health is beneficial for understanding diverse client needs and offering empathetic support. Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or office administration in a client-facing environment. Ability to work on-site in Egg Harbor, NJ, with a reliable schedule for part-time hours. Proficiency with basic office software (e.g., email, calendars, word processing) and comfort learning new systems. Organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks and maintain a professional workspace.
