Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with fellow healthcare providers, including occupational therapists, nursing staff, physicians, and family members to construct unified care plans.

Provide educational programming to patients and their loved ones to ensure consistent progress beyond the clinical setting.

Occasionally assist with inpatient evaluations and treatments, ensuring seamless care throughout the rehabilitation process.

Maintain precise and timely documentation according to regulations and institutional standards.

Participate in ongoing professional development and educational opportunities to remain current in clinical practices.

A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution is required.

If not certified by ASHA, completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) is expected.

State licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.

Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification to be obtained within 30 days of hire.

Expertise in evidence-based practices for various age groups, with a comprehensive understanding of both developmental and acquired speech, language, and swallowing disorders.

Exceptional communicative skills for engaging with patients, their families, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.

Competence in tailoring therapeutic approaches to reflect cultural and linguistic diversity.
