Overview Program Managers at PBS Corp. are responsible for overseeing and coordinating high quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) service delivery, ensuring continuity of care, and supporting the professional growth of their teams. Individuals in this role must demonstrate strong clinical judgment, organizational leadership, and a commitment to PBS Corp.’s standards of excellence. Required Credentials Active state licensure in accordance with local regulatory requirements and/or maintain certification as a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) or higher. Bachelor's degree, twelve semester units in applied behavior analysis, and one year of experience in a supervisory ABA role, which involves designing and/or providing oversight for behavior modification intervention services. Additional state specific credentials may be required depending on service location. Key Responsibilities Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients. Coordinate with regional teams to ensure organizational efficiency and client satisfaction. Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations. Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs as required. Ensure all required documentation—including E Sign, post hire documents, and compliance forms—is completed accurately and on time. Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees. Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements.
