The Greens at Pinehurst is seeking an experienced and dependable Registered Nurse RN Weekend Warrior Supervisor to join our nursing leadership team.

This full-time Weekend Warrior position offers nurses the flexibility to choose between 16-hour shifts on Saturday and Sunday or 12-hour shifts Friday, Saturday, and Sunday .

In addition to a consistent weekend schedule, this position includes Additional Weekend Warrior Pay and a $10,000 Sign-On Bonus .

Weekend Warrior Schedule Options

• Full-Time Weekend Warrior position

• Choose one of the following consistent weekend schedules:

  • 16-hour shifts Saturday and Sunday

  • 12-hour shifts Friday, Saturday and Sunday

• Additional Weekend Warrior Pay

• $10,000 Sign-On Bonus

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight of nursing operations throughout the weekend

• Ensure residents receive high-quality, compassionate care in accordance with their individualized plans of care

• Supervise, support, and provide guidance to RNs, LPNs, and CNAs

• Perform resident assessments and assist with medications, treatments, and documentation as needed

• Monitor residents for changes in condition and ensure appropriate follow-up

• Communicate effectively with physicians, families, nursing leadership, and the interdisciplinary team

• Assist with admissions, discharges, and care coordination

• Ensure compliance with facility policies and state and federal regulations

• Serve as a clinical resource and point of support for the weekend nursing team

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program

• Current, active, and unencumbered North Carolina Registered Nurse RN license

• Current CPR certification

• Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing experience preferred

• Previous nursing leadership or supervisory experience preferred

• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and leadership skills

• Ability to work independently and provide direction to the nursing team
