The Front of House Team Member serves as the face of the operation, creating a friendly, efficient, and positive experience for every guest. This role is responsible for greeting guests, taking accurate orders, processing payments, and ensuring smooth service for dine-in, takeout, and delivery orders.

Additional responsibilities include preparing milkshakes and other beverages, maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout all front-of-house and guest areas, restocking supplies as needed, addressing guest questions and concerns with professionalism, coordinating with the kitchen to support order accuracy and flow, and assisting with opening and closing duties for the front area.

Preferred Experience, Skills & Abilities of the Front of House Position:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• At least two years of previous experience in a customer service or fast-casual food environment preferred
• Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable using POS systems and handling cash transactions
• Friendly, outgoing, and committed to delivering excellent guest service
• Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented with a strong work ethic

Compensation, Benefits, and Structure of the Front of House Position:

The position is full-time, permanent, and hourly non-exempt. Compensation varies based on experience, skills, abilities, and length of service with the Company. The starting pay typically ranges from $10.75 to $15.00 per hour. Front of House employees are also eligible to earn tips.

The recruitment process will include phone screens, an in-person interview, and a pre-employment background check and drug test. The process is designed to make sure that candidates are aligned with the Company's long-term goals and have shared core values.
