RN - TELE

Night shift, 3x12-hour shifts (19:00 - 07:00), weekends required (6 shifts every 6 weeks). Job Description We are seeking a Telemetry RN who is capable of providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced hospital environment. The nurse will float between units and handle a patient ratio of 1:4-5. Previous charge experience is preferred, along with competency in using the Epic charting system. Responsibilities Provide direct patient care, including cardiac telemetry monitoring. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Document patient assessments and progress in the electronic health record. Coordinate with interdisciplinary team members for comprehensive care. Assist in the management of patients with various diagnoses, including CHF, NSTEMI, and COPD. Provide education and support to patients and their families. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure At least 1 year of experience in a telemetry unit. Current RN licensure in the state of practice (compact license required). ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications required. Experience with trauma level II patients preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
