Key Responsibilities Customer Support & Coordination: Serve as the main point of contact for B2B clients, addressing service‑related inquiries and providing logistics support. Order & Shipment Tracking: Ensure timely and accurate tracking of shipments, collaborating with internal teams to resolve logistics challenges. Process Documentation: Create and maintain playbooks, workflows, and best practices to optimize logistics operations. Problem‑Solving & Issue Resolution: Quickly identify and resolve service and supply‑chain issues, ensuring client satisfaction. Cross‑Department Collaboration: Work closely with logistics, operations, and customer service teams to enhance workflow efficiency. Daily Reporting & Data Management: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, shipment progress, and issue resolutions. Comfortable with the flow of logistics and operations, especially in relation to facility location. Experience with multiple software systems and ability to learn new systems quickly. Team environment but works independently. Ability to balance group and individual task completion, focusing and prioritizing with potential distractions.
