APR Consulting, Inc. has been engaged to identify a Shipping Regulatory Administrator. Job title: Shipping Regulatory Administrator Pay Rate: $18.00/hr Location: Las Vegas, NV 89119 Duration: 6-month contract, temp to hire if role requirements are met and open req is available. 5 days in office each week until training is completed and evaluation is passed. Must have skills Must be proficient with typing and Microsoft Office Must understand PC usage skills – Windows and file management. Professional environment/office experience and regulatory/compliance experience preferred. Job Summary The Shipping Regulatory Administrator (SRA) is responsible for preparing and processing regulatory shipping notification documentation in accordance with jurisdictional requirements. This role ensures all notifications are completed within required timelines and that any necessary approvals are obtained to support on-time and compliant customer deliveries. The SRA serves as a key partner across internal teams and external regulatory agencies to maintain accuracy, efficiency, and compliance throughout the shipping process. Essential Job Functions Responsibility for preparing and processing shipping notifications for gaming devices, software, and hardware across multiple regulated jurisdictions. Ensure all notifications are completed within required notice periods and jurisdictional timelines, including determining when regulatory approval is required versus notification-only submissions and managing order status accordingly. Maintain effective communication with internal teams and external regulatory authorities to obtain required responses, approvals, and permits. Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to align shipping and delivery timelines while ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. Maintain accurate and timely updates in systems used for shipping notification processing, including Oracle ERP and supporting tools. Monitor orders as they progress through the shipping process and identify, elevate, and help resolve issues related to notification letters, system errors, shipping holds, or regulatory requirements. Ensure accuracy and completeness of all notification documentation to support compliance standards and audit readiness. Organize and maintain effective filing and archival of notifications, approvals, and associated documentation in accordance with company and regulatory requirements. Support the Regulatory Compliance team with inquiries, audits, and documentation requests. Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and overall compliance within the shipping notification process. Manage high-volume workloads across numerous jurisdictions, each with unique regulatory requirements. Qualifications Education: High school diploma or GED required Required Experience: 1–3 years of related experience required; experience in the gaming industry preferred Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Must demonstrate strong typing proficiency and be skilled in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook, as well as Adobe PDF tools, with the ability to efficiently create, edit, manage, digital files and folders. Strong understanding of part sales and finished goods operations, as well as warehouse shipping procedures and jurisdictional regulatory requirements. Ability to interpret and apply jurisdiction‑specific compliance rules and determine appropriate notification or approval paths. Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage high‑volume, compliance‑sensitive tasks with accuracy and efficiency. Ability to prioritize work based on shipping deadlines, regulatory timelines, and business needs while working effectively under pressure. Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, including regulatory agencies. Proven ability to identify issues, elevate appropriately, and contribute to effective resolution. Experience with enterprise level ERP and supporting applications. Knowledge of compliance processes and documentation standards. May be required to work extended hours and weekends based on business needs.
