Advantage Dealer Group is searching for a dependable and Experienced Automotive Dispatcher to become a part of our fast-paced service department. If you are well-organized, excel under pressure, and possess a solid understanding of automotive repair workflows, we want to hear from you!
This full-time role is perfect for someone with a passion for the automotive industry and a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Efficiently assign repair orders to technicians based on skill level and availability.
- Maintain a balanced workload and maximize technician productivity throughout the day.
- Monitor progress of repairs and ensure services are completed in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with service advisors to prioritize work and manage customer expectations.
- Communicate clearly and consistently with the entire service team.

- 2+ years of experience as an Automotive dispatcher
- Proficiency with computer systems (AutoMate DMS & XTime a plus)
- General Motors experience is a plus
- Knowledge of automotive systems, parts, and repair processes
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic environment.
- A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
